What You’ll Do As a Product Designer you will provide a consultancy and product design service to the Vodafone UK Consumer and Enterprise business; delivering designs for strategic roadmap and trading changes; assuring designs for programmes delivering configurable capability. You will deliver designs for configurable solutions and provide configuration design input to architecture designs You will provide design consultancy during the concept and feasibility stages of the product management lifecycle to shape requirements and align designs to key technical and customer journey design principles You will identify the customer journey, operational and revenue implications of capability designs, providing design options and making design recommendations to inform commercial decisions You will Identify delivery risks and dependencies in support of BAU release management You will deliver business and technical change that drive forward Vodafone’s transformation ensuring positive cost versus benefits Who You Are You will be able to demonstrate technical product design experience for multichannel Telco propositions in the consumer or enterprise segments You will be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities and ways of working You will preferably have expertise in multi-channel customer journeys You will have Expertise in Product configuration, with particular emphasis on product and pricing, order management and billing You will be able to lead virtual teams of business and technical designers; including third party or contract resources Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
