What You’ll Do
As a member of the VBSE Change Management team, you will work within an ITIL-based Change Management framework, using standardised methods for handling service changes, impacting VBSE customers, and minimizing the impact of change-related incidents to improve daily operations.
- Own, execute, and drive the Change Management processes, demonstrating strong time management, organization, and planning skills for effective coordination and communication.
- Assess all changes for risk and impact, ensure they are planned and approved by appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to operational stability through proper change management.
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues to ensure smooth deployment within the live environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Vodafone Secure Services teams, project teams, and suppliers.
Who You Are
- Advocate for the Change Management process among stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with VBSE leadership, stakeholders, suppliers, and peers.
- Serve as an escalation point for senior management regarding issues related to the MOC, providing necessary technical or specialist information.
- Promote customer awareness and perspective across VBSE.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires the ability to obtain UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
