What You’ll Do The Specialist Sales team supports Vodafone Business UK to drive AOV in strategic growth areas, providing technical and commercial expertise. Our Sales Leads are experts in their product categories, owning opportunities and enhancing team capabilities. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing plans to exceed annual order value targets Managing complex or large-scale opportunities from qualification to close Leading the sales process from a solutions perspective Building relationships with internal stakeholders to support sales objectives Forecasting and reporting sales performance accurately and timely Upskilling account teams on product portfolios to identify opportunities Collaborating with Product and Propositions managers on future product development Staying updated on industry and product trends to be an expert in your product line Who You Are • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to persuade and influence • Experience selling complex products in a B2B environment • Deep understanding of a Specialist product area (e.g., Fixed, UC, IoT, MPN, DLM) • A continuous desire to learn, develop, and achieve Worried about meeting all criteria?
