As a Salesforce Engineer at Nutmeg within the International Consumer Bank of JPMorgan Chase, your responsibilities will include shaping platforms for our Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations teams. You will develop standalone products on Salesforce and integrate them with Nutmeg services to enhance customer and colleague experiences. Job Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Engineer, you will develop services such as referral & promo systems, automation/alerts, email services, custom Lightning & Visualforce pages, and products across Salesforce systems including Service & Sales Clouds and Marketing Cloud. You will also work with external applications like Salesforce scheduler, Amazon Connect, and backup solutions. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Certified Salesforce developer (minimum Platform Developer 1) Experience with Force.com, Apex & Visualforce Development experience with Service & Sales Cloud Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL/DML operations and query optimization REST API integrations with external services Knowledge of testing methodologies including TDD for unit and integration testing Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) Familiarity with migration tools Experience with Async Apex Knowledge of Lightning Web Components Understanding of clean architecture principles in OOP Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Multiple Salesforce certifications Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., APIs, Amazon Connect) Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle) Full-stack Salesforce development experience Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing Experience with Marketing Cloud Knowledge of various integration patterns #ICBCareers #ICBEngineering About the Team J.P.
