Job description Site Name: UK – West Sussex – Worthing Posted Date: May 28 2025 Process Support Technologist 2 Years Fixed Term Contract Closing Date for Applications 11th June (COB) The role is part of the site MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) team providing day to day technical support for the packaging operations team. This includes provision of trouble-shooting support for production processes and equipment, as well as supporting process and technical investigations (including corrective and preventative actions and internal problem notifications). Provide troubleshooting support for production processes and equipment. Support process and technical investigations, including corrective and preventative actions and internal problem notifications. Supporting and in some cases owning key compliance processes and activities aligned to the value stream, including but not limited to, Self-Inspections, validation reviews, deviation management, laboratory investigations, CAPA, customer and vendor complaints, and planned change. Identify opportunities to improve the Worthing Orals Business through robust problem solving and continuous improvement, tracking and ensuring beneficial delivery of corrective actions, preventative actions and minor projects for department against measurable targets. Support inspection readiness and manage Audit activities across the aligned department. Ensure correct content is supplied to governance meeting through generation of data for governance packs etc., to enable the department / site to make informed decisions based on data. Manufacturing at the Worthing site is for antibiotics. It is advised that you take this into consideration when deciding to apply for this position.
