Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including institutional clients, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals globally.
- Coordinate and produce regular investor communications, including quarterly performance reports, newsletters, and presentations.
- Manage investor queries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support fundraising efforts, including preparing and presenting pitch materials to prospective investors.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including coordinating and managing RFP/DDQ responses and investor meetings.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and relevant market developments to provide insights and updates to investors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Portfolio Managers) to ensure investor requests and needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or a related field, ideally within a hedge fund, asset management, or private equity environment.
- Strong understanding of hedge fund strategies, investment products, and the financial markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Proficient in financial analysis and performance reporting, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starter with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Education & Experience:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CFA, CAIA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
