What will you be doing? The Fixed Segment Tribe is responsible for our broadband business – the fastest growing consumer broadband business in the UK through the best propositions at the best value. The Home Broadband Delivery team is responsible for delivering the Home Broadband roadmap aimed at continuing this growth. We work with requirement owners to deliver their initiatives from hypothesis through to Go to Market, refining requirements, detailing desired Customer Experience and optimising for ‘Minimum Viable Products/Propositions’ to exacting standards. This team is responsible for taking these requirements, shaping solutions with technology partners and driving through delivery all the way to launch to market. They work in our Agile framework managing a wide set of stakeholders throughout the business to get products and propositions to market that fuel our continued growth. We organise ourselves around pools of value (propositions, product, customer experience, BAU trading and delivery) to allow you to develop expertise in these types of demand. This role focuses on supporting the CX pod in delivery of capability that helps achieve our aim of #1 for CX. Working closely with the CX functions across the business to understand key priorities and demand that may need Technology development to achieve its aims. The role will take demand from the team and guide it through the delivery forums through to Channel Implementation. Who are we looking for? Home Broadband knowledge/experience would be preferred. Proactive and diligent. Project Management. Technically and commercially literate – able to pose informed questions of expert stakeholders. Ability to influence and matrix manage.
