Location: London, Speechmark + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Contract Duration: 9 Months

What you’ll do: As the Pricing Manager for the team, you’ll be responsible for managing critical business metrics, accountable for the definition and delivery of our pricing strategy. The objective is to profitably reduce churn value whilst growing revenue - delivering consistent year-on-year improvement, beating the market, and becoming best in class.

  • Lead Home Broadband retention pricing strategy
  • Develop initiatives to improve churn and retained value, drive recommendations through to implementation
  • Work with the HBB segment team to identify areas of opportunity for revenue and margin uplift.
  • Work closely with channels to forensically understand performance and implement recommendations
  • Develop accurate business cases and forecasts for new opportunities, working with finance as a key stakeholder
  • Weekly/monthly forecasting of key KPIs

Who you are: Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Extensive commercial/Pricing experience (Telecoms or Home Broadband preferable but not required)
  • Successful track record of driving commercial performance.
  • Extremely competent in relationship building and stakeholder management - effectively able to influence senior management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Highly skilled with Excel/spreadsheets
