Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to support the strategic redesign of our Front Office Information Systems (IS). This role will focus on defining and aligning business capabilities and value streams to improve the effectiveness, agility, and scalability of front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Redesign and model Front Office IS architecture based on value streams and business outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, and Change to align systems with business needs
- Define and document business capabilities, functions, and process flows
- Ensure architecture supports business agility, scalability, and regulatory compliance
- Translate business strategy into executable architectural blueprints
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Architect in a capital markets or investment banking environment
- Strong understanding of Front Office processes and systems
- Experience working with value stream mapping and business capability modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
