What will you be doing?
We are looking for talented individuals to join our Webchat team at our Vodafone Liverpool Church Street Partner store. In this role, you will lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Webchat Advisers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed performance targets. You will interact directly with customers through an online platform, understand their needs, build trust, and create memorable personal experiences.

Who are we looking for?
We seek passionate team members who can bring energy and initiative to deliver excellent customer service and sales daily. Ideal candidates are level-headed, possess a mature mindset, and are enthusiastic, energetic, and driven. Previous team leader or management experience, a strong commercial understanding, the ability to identify opportunities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
