Join Vodafone Business Security Enhanced and strengthen the cyber security of the UK\’s Critical National Infrastructure and public sector organisations.
What you’ll do
Working within Vodafone Business Security Enhanced, you will work in the Portfolio Delivery Team on BAU tasks across the Secure and Enhanced portfolio, delivering customer projects to time, cost, and quality criteria to deliver the expected benefits.
Responsibilities to include the management and delivery of work packages, including procurement activities, tracking, managing risk, issues and change. This will require working closely with operational areas within Vodafone and 3rd party suppliers and customers, using negotiation, coordination, facilitation, and communication skills. Must have or be able to attain DV vetting security clearance
- Delivers project work packages and manages any variations in accordance with Change Control process. Tracks and reports against project budget.
- Planning and Control – Coordinates and track project resources, gaining stakeholder buy in. Drives delivery against the plan and takes proactive actions to prevent any deviation.
- Risk and Issue Management – Identifies new risks and response strategies. Implements mitigation where issues occur.
- Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management – Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships across customer and internal teams. Communicates concisely using appropriate methods.
Who you are
- Leadership and Team working – Provides leadership and direction for cross functional teams.
- Effective Communication and Reporting – Communications are accurate, concise and tailored to their audience.
- Planning and Tracking – Planning is done collaboratively with teams and projects are driven by the plan. Dependencies are closely managed and plans are kept up to date and visible
- Experience of working in a challenging customer facing service role and experience of working in the projects environment
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry and Vodafone products and service propositions is desirable.
