What you’ll do

Vodafone is embarking on an exciting journey to offer exceptional value rewards to our customers through Vodafone’s Reward Platform, Vodafone Happy.
Vodafone Happy is a platform that connects global brands with Vodafone customers through special offers, helping to grow sales and providing savings for our customers.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Rewards & Loyalty, the successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with global brands, refreshing the portfolio, launching campaigns across Vodafone markets, designing and negotiating local campaigns, monitoring performance, and contributing to revenue growth through commissions and marketing fees.

  • Develop & manage the Global Rewards Partnerships Portfolio to balance global brand partnerships with local market relevance.
  • Define and adjust the brand portfolio strategy to support Vodafone and partner markets’ rewards programs.
  • Explore new opportunities and synergies to add value to Vodafone Happy Rewards.
  • Engage with global brands to negotiate offers for Vodafone Happy users.
  • Lead contract negotiations, dealing with customer benefits, discounts, commissions, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of global brands’ businesses and objectives to support their success.
  • Understand local customer preferences to drive relevant deals.
  • Coordinate and roll out global deals to local markets aligned with their strategies.
  • Support local market deal signing and strategy formulation.
  • Track brand performance and help achieve growth.
  • Contribute to revenue increase through marketing fees and transaction commissions.

Who you are

  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in phone/email and social selling.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing and digital business models.
  • Extensive experience in marketing, sales, or related roles.
  • Existing network of contacts is an advantage.
  • University level education.
  • Additional marketing and project management certifications are a plus.

Yearly bonus: 10%
