Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.
Strong operational experience combined with energy and engagement with your teams and customers will enable you to thrive in this role. It can be a demanding role but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity to progress themselves within one of the UK’s most valuable brands.
