Role Overview

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Global Alliances Manager to help accelerate VoCoVo's next stage of global growth. This is a brand-new strategic role with the opportunity to build our alliances function from the ground up. You'll identify, develop and grow a focused portfolio of high-impact strategic partners across leading technology businesses, global consultancies and enterprise ecosystems. Your mission will be to create meaningful partnerships that open doors to larger enterprise customers, strengthen our market presence, and unlock new revenue opportunities across the UK, US and beyond. This role is perfect for a commercially minded, relationship-driven leader with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business growth. You'll bring credibility at C-suite level, a strong understanding of the global retail technology landscape, and the ability to turn complex opportunities into structured, revenue-generating alliances.

What we're looking for
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic alliances within a global technology, SaaS or consulting environment.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-million-pound partnership negotiations and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the global retail technology ecosystem, including customer challenges, market trends and innovation opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at C-suite level with both partners and customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align partnership goals to wider business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives.
What you'll do
  • Define and execute VoCoVo's global alliances strategy in line with business growth goals.
  • Identify, secure and manage a focused portfolio of 3-5 strategic alliance partners that complement our technology and go-to-market objectives.
  • Build and deliver joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-sell motions, joint marketing campaigns and executive engagement strategies.
  • Act as a revenue-generating overlay to the global sales team, driving pipeline growth, deal flow and co-sell opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership frameworks to ensure strong commercial alignment, clear governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to embed alliance activity into company strategy and execution.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within partner organisations and key enterprise customers.
  • Champion VoCoVo's values in every partnership interaction, ensuring alliances reflect our culture and customer-first approach.
Salary

Salary range: £72,000 - £85,000 pa.
