The Role: We are looking for a Spa Receptionist and Therapist to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll be someone driven by their passion to create a memorable guest experience, providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere whilst keeping guest experience and satisfaction at the heart of what they do. As a key member of the Spa Team, you’ll interact with guests and spa members and provide a great spa experience at all times. You’ll provide a full range of Beauty Therapy, making sure a high standard is maintained throughout each treatment and also perform retail sales to all guests.
The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a casual Spa Receptionist and Therapist with a passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and delivering exceptional service. For this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisation skills and be trained to Level 3 Beauty as a minimum. You’ll have experience working within a luxury spa/beauty environment and have competent knowledge of treatments. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
