We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. Our bars and restaurants are fun, engaging places to work and they’re at the heart of our guests’ overall experience when staying with us. You’ll be front and centre of that stage, leading by example in all that you do. You’ll be responsible for exceeding guests' experiences by delivering an efficient yet relaxed service that they won’t forget. You'll ensure our customers have a great experience, making sure food and drinks arrive smoothly and efficiently. Taking pride in your work, you'll make sure the bar and restaurant areas are well presented, clean and tidy.

The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant who is passionate and motivated to deliver 5-star customer service. You will need to be naturally engaging, confident and outgoing with the ability to have authentic and genuine conversations with our guests. You’ll be intuitive with customers' needs and know what it takes to go the extra mile, concentrating on every little detail to deliver an exceptional service. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
