What will I be responsible for as a Leisure Club Assistant?
- From entering the 'You Fit' Club, you will ensure members and voco St John's hotel guests are made to feel welcome, supported and at home within our club
- Encouraging, motivating and helping members and hotel guests to use our club
- This role invloves pool and club facilities supervision
- Helping 'You Fit' users to achieve their fitness goals
- Achieving and maintaining health & safety compliance, enuring our members and guests are in a safe environment
- Supporting your Club Manager in achieving sales, revenue and financial targets
- Reception duties, completing cash handling responsibilities, such as cashing up
Is this Health & Fitness Instructor role right for me?
You will be a motivated and confident Health and Fitness professional and it is essential that you hold recognised qualifications for Pool Lifeguard and First Aid at Work certificate, Pool Plant Operator and Fitness Training..
Most importantly however, you'll love building rapport with guests and offering a friendly ear – we want our members to feel at home with us, and you will be right at the heart of this.
