As an outstanding Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll know exactly how to deal with unusual requests. You won’t be scared of the unknown; you’ll actually love it! You’ll also know your regulars and ensure each guest receives exceptional treatment, paying attention to the little details that make them leave with a smile.

What you’ll be doing as a Food & Beverage Assistant:

  • Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their stay.
  • Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness.
  • Engaging, building and developing relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately.
  • Being attentive to all guests and looking for opportunities to up-sell and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback.
  • Keeping up to date with hotel facilities, promotions and the local market area, so as to effectively assist guests.
  • Looking for ways to deliver continuous improvements to the guest experience.
