As a Kitchen Porter at Kew Green, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly so that, as a team, you’re creating outstanding, memorable experiences. What you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Porter:

  • Preparing basic food items from our menu
  • Prepping kitchen spaces, including waste management, washing and organisation
  • Supporting your Chefs in ensuring that all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations are met
  • Set up and stock food items and other supplies
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and sanitised
  • Facilitating special requests from guests
  • Completing all training to timescales and looking for ways to develop your skills and experience
  • Arriving on time, in the correct uniform with a positive, can-do attitude!
