Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver safe, welcoming and memorable experiences for guests during out-of-hours periods.
Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will help run the hotel overnight, greeting late arrivals, supporting night audit and ensuring brand standards, service excellence and guest satisfaction.
This role is on-site and requires independence during night shifts.
