We are currently recruiting an experienced General Manager to join and lead our Truly Talented team.

Your role

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping our guests at the heart of everything that you do. We are looking for someone that holds and enjoys maintaining high standards across all areas of the business, with a keen attention for detail. You must be highly commercial with a passion for delivering quality throughout the business. You will lead the hotel operations team to oversee all aspects of running the hotel, whilst keeping in constant communication with Axiom Hospitality to ensure that expected standards are delivered and guests' expectations are exceeded.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager;
  • Good commercial knowledge and solid experience across hotel operations;
  • Good financial awareness with strong control of the P&L, cost management and proven record of identifying sales opportunities;
  • A natural and inspiring people and business leader.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
