Working for a household name enterprise organisation, this is an opportunity to lead a very significant SAP Transformation Programme across multiple business units. The initial programme roadmap is 5+ years and Phase 2 beyond that is already in planning; in this role you will have the opportunity to work with C-level stakeholders, lead a blended in-house and consultancy team, and deliver both process transformation and a migration into a new SAP S/4 HANA environment.
This is a high profile role with a long term and significant impact across the organisation. You'll lead discovery, design and implementation phases, understanding and taking account of strategic business goals and turning them into actionable deliverables for your team.
You'll play a key role as part of the technology SLT within the organisation. You'll need significant experience in similar programmes from previous roles. Having successfully delivered large scale SAP transformations end to end is a key requirement for success, and experience running large programmes, providing oversight and governance is essential.
A track record of leading and developing high performing teams, and taking responsibility for portfolio budgets and financial reporting is important.
The role is hybrid and will require 3 office days a week in the East Midlands; you may also need to travel to London and more widely on occasion.
Please note this position is subject to UK Security Clearance. You'll need to meet the eligibility criteria, including UK residency, to be considered.
It's a permanent role and will pay £130K plus a generous package.
