An excellent opportunity to join a SaaS vendor in a senior management position, taking responsibility for Product and playing a key part in the development both of the core product and of the business as a whole.

Day to day, you will own the roadmap for the company's product set. You'll pull together market research, customer research, input from sales teams, and be responsible for validation and origination of product ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for the company's product set and drive product ideas from market and customer research, sales input, validation, and origination.
  • Provide the glue between sales, compliance and governance, technology and customer success teams, to own the customer journey and identify and prioritise features which enhance the product and secure customers.
  • Operate in hands-on Product Owner and Manager roles, be closely involved in the detail of the work, and manage two Product Owners who report to you.
  • Make decisions and justify them, balancing competing priorities and aims while working closely with senior colleagues.
Experience

Experience in payments is essential, with specific knowledge of BACS and Direct Debits; experience with Cards would be valuable. Experience may be from a software vendor, payments provider, end user (for example a retailer), or another setting, but payments experience is vital.

Qualifications

Hands-on Product Owner and Product Manager experience with the ability to influence and prioritise feature development.

Details

Role is permanent and can be done remotely from anywhere in the UK. Right To Work in the UK required. Salary: around Β£85K base with an OTE of Β£100K+.
