The predicted salary is between 72000 - 120000 £ per year.

An opportunity for an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join and lead a multi-disciplinary team to conclude and drive forward a new SuccessFactors implementation.

Working with stakeholders, implementation teams and third party implementation partners, you will review the existing work and establish commercial priorities, before building and delivering a project roadmap to successful implementation.

You will need previous experience on multiple SuccessFactors implementations, and in particular strong capability in working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver value through the solution.

You will have people management experience and the ability to bring your experience to bear in improving process, data management and workflows across HR business areas.

This is a 12 month fixed term engagement in the first instance - there is a potential permanent role in the longer term post implementation.

The role will pay up to around £100K base; it’s based in Glasgow. You will need to be in the office a day a week or so.
