An experienced candidate is sought to join a major transformation programme across a very large enterprise, ensuring architectural coherence, strategy and governance are robust.
The key priority is to create the enterprise roadmap to enable coherent, consistent decisions and to understand risk, dependencies and opportunities as the organisation transforms.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical and business teams, and architecture colleagues to bring a single view of the organisation and alignment across a distributed architecture function.
The role is primarily focused on influencing rather than enforcing; it is not a managerial role, and you will need strong skills in adding value and bringing people on the journey without direct authority.
You will have prior experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally in a large enterprise, and involvement in major transformations.
The role is based in Nottingham and requires presence a couple of days a week.
The base salary is up to around £80K, plus a car and a strong benefits package.
