An excellent opportunity to be part of a major business transformation within a large non-profit enterprise organisation - reimagining and retooling business processes from end to end to simplify and streamline practices across the whole business.

Your role will be to work with business stakeholders at all levels across disparate business units to understand and document existing arrangements, before reimagining new end to end processes.

You'll need strong capability in business relationships with business leaders, understanding business goals and devising solutions to deliver those goals - as well as the ability to deal with objections, build consensus and agree strategic plans.

You'll also need the ability to work closely with technical teams and architects to deliver the platforms to underpin the new processes: experience with TOGAF enterprise architecture best practice will be important.

Prior experience in a major ERP transformation in a large enterprise will be critical, and some experience in a consulting environment would be highly regarded.

You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role but the head office is in the East Midlands and you will need to be on site regularly.

The role will carry a base/car of around £85-90K plus an excellent bonus and package/pension.
