The Role

We’re seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer & Thumbnail Specialist to help shape our brand’s visual identity across YouTube and social media. You’ll design engaging thumbnails, ad creatives, infographics, and social media assets that stand out in busy feeds — all while using AI tools to boost creativity and speed.

This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our content and campaign needs scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact YouTube thumbnails and A/B test variations to improve click-through rates.
  • Create branded social media visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Produce ad creatives, infographics, and carousels that support campaign goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all graphics.
  • Use AI design tools to ideate, generate, and refine creative assets.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithms.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media and content teams.
  • Manage and organise design assets for easy access and re-use.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Demonstrated success designing for YouTube thumbnails and social media.
  • Ability to produce original, trend-led graphics that stand out.
  • Experience using AI design tools to improve workflows.
  • Understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple design tasks independently.

  • Evidence of improving CTR through thumbnail design.
