Pay: £95 - £110 per day.

About the Role
Working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge to appoint an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant for a Reception class role starting in September 2026.
Full‑time position offering an opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team and play a key role in helping young children develop socially, emotionally, and academically during this crucial stage of their education.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support learning through play, deliver targeted interventions, contribute to observations and assessments, and help create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment. Prior experience within EYFS and a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning within the Reception classroom
- Assist with observations, assessments, and learning journals

- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Requirements
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting (essential)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Experience completing observations and supporting assessments
