This is a full-time, long-term position supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, with a particular focus on Autism. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide tailored support that enables pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Previous experience working with children with Autism is highly desirable, alongside excellent communication skills, patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach.
