In House Solicitor - Commercial Contracts - Remote

Legal are once again delighted to be working with our long standing client. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and experienced commercial lawyer with 2+ PQE to join a dedicated team to work in innovative new ways.

The qualified candidate will have general commercial contracts, technology/outsourcing and intellectual property experience. They deliver industry leading legal services and insightful data to support clients by using a combination of legal, technological and operational specialists to define a new standard for best practice.

It will involve handling all commercial contracts needs, building a sincere and enduring partnership. Given the extensive nature of the business and its innovative and dynamic approach, the work will undoubtedly be varied, complex and engaging.

This opportunity will be ideal for a 2PQE+ lawyer who wishes to embark on an alternative experience. You will work as part of a team to deliver the full spectrum of commercial contract requirements. This will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Providing advice on contract or other queries

A commitment to deliver high-quality focused service is essential, as is maintaining and developing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive academic record, including a degree or equivalent
  • Experience working on general commercial contracts
  • Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability
  • Either an in-house or private practice background, ideally both
  • Enthusiastic about quality client service
