We have a huge number of new clients across Merseyside County hiring for Support Workers and Care Assistants. Positions available include a range of permanent, contract and shift-based work. Ideally you will have a current enhanced DBS on the update service. Expereince in a similar position and/or relevant qualifications are essential to be considered for these vacancies. As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs. Each day will be different, but your key responsibilities will include: Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care. Supporting clients to stay active, whether that’s attending appointments, taking part in social activities, or exploring hobbies. Promoting independence and encouraging confidence in daily life. Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families. Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns. We’re looking for someone who: Is patient, caring, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Has great communication skills and can work well as part of a team. Is flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. As a Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of helping people live comfortably and independently.
