Pay: £318.96 PAYE / £438.34 Umbrella per day – rate negotiable for the right candidate

VNA Recruitment is recruiting for two experienced Senior Building Control Surveyors to join a busy Building Control service within a large organisation in Central London. This is an excellent contract opportunity for experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspectors with a strong background managing complex developments, higher-risk buildings and technically challenging Building Control cases.

You will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of complex construction projects, carrying out plan assessments and site inspections, providing specialist regulatory advice and managing cases through the Building Control process.
