My client is urgently seeking a well presented Receptionist with excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful personality to be the front of house meeting and greeting point at their Grays offices. The working hours are Monday and Tuesday 8.30am-5pm and Wednesdays 8.30am-12.30pm.

The successful applicant will be:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Showing them to meeting rooms
  • Answering telephones and taking messages
  • Assisting colleagues with administration (including emails, filing, booking meeting rooms, adding bookings to the calendar and general admin)

Candidates must have:

  • Previous Reception experience
  • An up to date CV
  • 3 years' employment reference contact details
  • Microsoft Outlook (emails), Word and Excel experience
  • Must be able to start immediately
