My client is urgently seeking a well presented Receptionist with excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful personality to be the front of house meeting and greeting point at their Grays offices. The working hours are Monday and Tuesday 8.30am-5pm and Wednesdays 8.30am-12.30pm.
The successful applicant will be:
- Greeting visitors
- Showing them to meeting rooms
- Answering telephones and taking messages
- Assisting colleagues with administration (including emails, filing, booking meeting rooms, adding bookings to the calendar and general admin)
Candidates must have:
- Previous Reception experience
- An up to date CV
- 3 years' employment reference contact details
- Microsoft Outlook (emails), Word and Excel experience
- Must be able to start immediately
