We’re currently supporting a key client with a large-scale project in Tilbury and are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a site-based role working closely with the Project Manager to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating internal systems and project platforms
- Generating purchase orders via CRM
- Booking in site deliveries and maintaining delivery schedules
- Printing, filing, and organising project documentation
- Taking notes and capturing actions during project meetings
- Supporting with QA and HSE documentation requirements
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence essential (site is not easily accessible by public transport)
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage admin tasks independently - IT Proficient
- Enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude - someone who gets stuck in and supports where needed
