VNA Recruitment is currently recruiting for four experienced Housing Disrepair Surveyors to join a busy Housing Disrepair Team within a large housing organisation in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Building Surveyors with a strong background in housing disrepair, Expert Witness work, CPR 35 reporting, HHSRS, damp and mould, and complex building defects.
You will manage disrepair cases from initial inspection through to completion, carrying out detailed property investigations, diagnosing defects, producing high-quality expert reports and specifying appropriate remedial works.
We are looking for surveyors who can hit the ground running, confidently manage a demanding caseload and produce robust technical evidence to support complex housing disrepair cases.
