We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Education Lawyer to join our legal team, working closely with Children’s Services. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, practical legal advice and support in all areas of education law, including Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST) proceedings, school admissions, exclusions, and Judicial Reviews.
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and hearings, requiring confident and effective advocacy skills.
- Work closely with internal departments, schools, and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and promote best practice.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, policy development, and case management.
