This is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Harlow, for a Resident Liaison Officer. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries and ensuring effective communication between residents and the company. You will coordinate and manage resident engagement activities, handle customer service tasks, and ensure that resident concerns or issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
