This is an excellent opportunity for a highways or traffic professional with strong experience in Traffic Regulation Orders, traffic management and statutory consultation processes . The successful candidate will take responsibility for progressing Traffic Regulation Orders from initial preparation through consultation, legal processing and implementation, supporting a range of highway, transport and capital improvement schemes .
