The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a crucial part in helping us find and engage the very best education talent. You’ll support our consultants to ensure our schools always have access to top-quality staff. Day-to-day you will: * Source and screen candidates for teaching and support roles * Write engaging job adverts and post them on multiple platforms * Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular contact * Arrange interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process * Keep our database and records up to date * Support consultants with administrative tasks and compliance checks What We’re Looking For: * Personable, confident, and a natural communicator * Organised and able to juggle priorities in a busy environment * Driven to succeed and eager to learn * A team player with a positive attitude * Previous recruitment, resourcing or sales experience is a bonus — but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn!
