VNA Education is working with a high-performing secondary school to appoint an inspiring Head of Drama to lead and further develop a successful KS3 and KS4 provision. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Drama specialist to take full ownership of curriculum design, teaching quality and student outcomes, while championing the creative arts within a wider school community.
The Role
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Drama
- Lead curriculum planning, delivery and assessment at KS3 and KS4
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning and performance outcomes
- Use data and evaluation to secure progress for all learners
