Part-time (Temp to Perm)

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier payment processing – Timesheets, Schedules, Invoices via Xero
- Chasing aged debt and maintaining accurate debtor records
- Processing and issuing credit notes
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Completing bank reconciliations accurately and on time
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
About You
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be distinct advantage
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
