Finance Assistant

Part-time (Temp to Perm)

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier payment processing – Timesheets, Schedules, Invoices via Xero
• Chasing aged debt and maintaining accurate debtor records
• Processing and issuing credit notes
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Completing bank reconciliations accurately and on time
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties

About You

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident with Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be distinct advantage
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
