WPP (VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions) seeks an experienced CX Researcher to join the automotive journey workstream. You will design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies across brand discovery, research, purchase, ownership, servicing and loyalty, translating insights into strategic improvements.

Working with CX strategists, UX designers and client stakeholders, you will uncover needs, pain points and opportunities, synthesise findings into actionable recommendations.
