What You’ll Be Doing

  • Influencer Strategy & Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and social strategy.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer campaigns across platforms.
  • Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management: Identify, vet, and onboard diverse influencers and creators, building strong partnerships.
  • Content & Briefing: Develop clear, inspiring, and legally compliant creative briefs for influencers.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Client & Internal Collaboration: Work closely with clients, strategists, content creators, social media managers, and account teams.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of emerging influencer trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Budget Management & Legal: Manage campaign budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
