We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee two critical areas of our creative production pipeline. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in shopper experience, managing the delivery of key visuals from concept through production to final artwork. You will also lead our social production efforts, coordinating the planning and execution of our monthly and always-on social content. Working directly with our Project Director, Business Director, and wider team, you will play a vital role in ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery across all customer touchpoints, both in-store and online. Experience in the beverages industry is advantageous but not essential.
What you will be doing:
- Develop Scopes of work that clearly outline project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources required. Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual agreements.
- Ensure project teams understand project expectations, timelines, and deadlines. Provide clear direction and support to team members, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Manage the allocation of resources, coordinating with the resource teams to ensure the right people are assigned to the right tasks at the right time.
- Monitor project progress and schedules closely, tracking milestones, tasks, and deadlines. Proactively identify any deviations from the plan and take corrective action to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project burn rates, estimate at completion (EAC), and financial reconciliation to ensure projects remain within budget constraints. Analyse variances and take corrective actions, as necessary.
- Lead briefing meetings and creative reviews to ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams. Facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and drive decisions to move projects forward.
- Communicate project status updates regularly to internal stakeholders and clients. Provide transparency regarding project progress, issues, and risks and address any concerns on time.
