As Data Planner at VML, you will bridge data analysis and marketing strategy to craft data-driven CRM programs. You’ll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to shape targeting, measurement, and optimisation across channels. The role sits in the EMEA Data team, supporting a large automotive account with a focus on actionable insights and accountable delivery. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage data and analysis deliverables
- Analyze campaigns to derive actionable insights
- Define KPIs, benchmarks, targets, and forecasts
- Develop campaign targeting plans and briefs for delivery teams
- Measure, evaluate, and optimise marketing activity using best-practice testing methodologies
- Present findings to clients and participate in client meetings
- Drive strategy across channels and touchpoints (email, push, SMS, digital media, social, mobile, website)
- Collaborate with analysts, strategists, account and campaign delivery teams, and stakeholders
Key requirements
- 2+ years in a data function, preferably in an agency or similar role
