We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Experimentation Manager to drive the hands-on delivery and execution of our client's experimentation-led growth initiatives. This role is responsible for the precise implementation of defined optimisation strategies, ensuring experiments are set up correctly, run efficiently, and deliver reliable data. You will operate with a high degree of granularity, directly executing within and contributing to the refinement of the experimentation framework established by the Experimentation Lead. Your primary focus will be on the flawless execution of experiments and the reliable delivery of results to ensure measurable business impact through a systematic, data-driven approach.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execution of Global Experimentation Activities:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations and execute the tactical direction for the client's global testing roadmap, ensuring experiments are launched and monitored effectively.
    • Utilise your understanding of the client's business landscape and challenges to support the execution of high-impact, experimentation-based growth opportunities identified by the Experimentation Lead.
    • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resources specific to experimentation initiatives, ensuring the successful, on-schedule, and in-scope delivery of tests and learning agendas.
    • Execute resource allocation for experiments, monitor testing throughput, and rigorously track the Return on Investment (ROI) of experimentation within established guidelines.
    • Prepare and provide comprehensive performance reporting on experimentation outcomes and insights for the Experimentation Lead and relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain robust relationships with client stakeholders, focusing on clear communication regarding experimentation planning, execution status, and results across global regions.
  • Experimentation Implementation & Operations:
    • Apply the principles of Experimentation-Led Growth (ELG) across the organisation through practical, hands-on application, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and data-driven execution.
    • Execute within and contribute to the continuous refinement of the comprehensive ELG framework, methodologies, and best practices, as directed by the Experimentation Lead.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meticulously design, configure, execute, and rigorously analyse experiments that drive key business metrics.
    • Operate and contribute to scaling the infrastructure for continuous testing, learning, and iteration, focusing on efficiency and velocity of experiment delivery.
    • Translate complex data insights derived directly from experiments into clear findings and actionable recommendations for the Experimentation Lead.
  • Technical Delivery & Platform Execution:
    • Execute the technical planning, configuration, and launch of all experimentation programs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the underlying technology stack crucial for testing.
    • Implement and configure integrated solutions by understanding the capabilities, limitations, and interoperability of these experimentation-focused technologies, ensuring they are strategically deployed to maximise testing velocity, accuracy, and deliver against growth objectives.

What we want from you:

  • This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, meticulous execution, and strong communication skills.
  • Deep Technical Expertise & Operational Acumen:
    • Knowledge of optimisation technologies, including the capabilities and limitations.
    • Strong understanding of data infrastructure and operations, particularly data pipelines, warehousing, and governance related to experimentation, to ensure data quality for experiments.
  • Flawless Execution & Program Management:
    • Adept at managing and executing projects, meticulously planning, configuring, launching, and overseeing multiple, complex global initiatives, always ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
    • Proficiency in agile or waterfall methodologies, resource allocation, dependency management, and risk mitigation specific to experimentation projects.
  • Data-Driven Acumen & Commercial Awareness:
    • Embodies data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights derived from experiments to inform recommendations and measure impact.
    • Proficiency in ROI calculation and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional Client & Stakeholder Partnership:
    • Success in this role hinges on building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client stakeholders across all levels and global regions.
    • Collaborates effectively across functions internally.
