This job is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customers and an interest in marketing and loyalty to get hands-on experience in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) role and develop their skills. This position will be based on-site with one of our biggest clients.
What’s the role?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior CRM Marketing Executive. In this role, you will assist the CRM Specialist in project managing customer communications, executing email and push notification marketing campaigns, and analysing customer data to improve retention and loyalty. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalised, data-driven campaigns that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Accountabilities
- Assist in briefing, creating, and executing CRM campaigns across email, push notification, and other digital channels to the client’s rewards member base.
- Segment and manage customer target audience for personalised marketing.
- Work with Brand and Comms to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
- Work with key stakeholders within the wider marketing team to fulfil cross-promotions with internal & external partners.
- Monitor performance against targets and work with our external agency to identify opportunities to continually improve the performance of loyalty content.
- Work with the Loyalty Operations Implementer to ensure good communication of programme mechanics and campaign details to Retailers / Dealers and Customer Service Centre.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices and emerging trends.
What we need from You
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or email campaign management experience (internships included).
- Essential to have excellent spoken and written English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Essential to have creative skills, to be able to translate customer insight into captivating concepts and communications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Able to liaise with multiple 3rd party agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Passionate about customer experience and able to overcome barriers to deliver a better experience.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms preferable.
- Must be able to work from the London office 2 days a week.
