Driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented, the Account Executive plays a vital role in bringing dynamic client marketing programs to life.
Acting as a key bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, this role drives seamless day-day project execution, ensuring clear communication, creative alignment, and exceptional results across every initiative.
The Role
- Role & Responsibilities
- Build relationship with clients based on trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with internal account leads on supporting day-day project management through the content, strategy and creative departments.
- Support in internal and client meetings, presentations, and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks and follow up communications, etc.
- Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed upon strategies and business objectives.
- Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems and potential implications; proactively develop and execute solutions.
- Proactively contribute to manage project scope and budget; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; alert client of financial and timing implications; secure client approval to proceed and revise budgets as needed.
- Analyze program results, summarize findings, and recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward.
- Assist senior leadership in the development of program recaps and associated presentations for clients based on analysis of results and recommendation.
- Monitor status of work-in-progress and client budgets; lead internal status meetings with finance and project management; review estimates/billing and approve invoices.
Skills
- Scientific Degree completed with Marketing/Economics specialization.
- 2 years' experience in the industry
- Communication – both written and spoken.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of the Agency’s offerings and industry trends.
