As part of our growing development team, you will work with clients, developers, and crossâfunctional stakeholders to design and implement efficient, technically robust marketing automation solutions. You will translate business objectives into technical requirements and continuously improve the Catalyst platform.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate within a crossâfunctional team, partnering with operations and product teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client success.
- Drive adoption of Catalyst tools across clients by configuring efficient, tailored endâtoâend experiences.
- Streamline client operations through customized business rules and automations.
- Bring product visions to life by configuring and implementing new features according to specifications and designs.
- Ensure quality and reliability by rigorously testing configurations and newly developed features.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within existing applications to maintain a seamless user experience.
- Collect business requirements by engaging with marketers and translating them into technical specifications.
- Utilize tools to build data audiences, manage segments, and ensure quality and integrity.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and recommending opportunities to optimize the Catalyst platform.
- Deep understanding of Marketing Operations, including advanced automation setups.
- Experience crafting and optimizing customer journeys, lifecycle stages, and triggerâbased marketing programs.
- Clientâfocused approach with a track record of delivering tailored technical solutions.
- Strong JavaScript programming skills or equivalent, with experience developing clientâspecific solutions within a marketing automation platform.
- Data management expertise, including querying, validating, and using data to develop relevant audiences.
